Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Servicevid (the "Service"), operated by Servicevid, LLC ("Servicevid", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any business you sign up on behalf of. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered on a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. The plan covers a single company workspace and any teammates the owner invites. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don’t pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but you keep access until the period ends. Pricing may change with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers.

3. Your content

Photos, audio narration, business information, and other content you upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant Servicevid a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transform your content solely to deliver the Service to you — for example, sending photos to AI vision models, generating scripts, synthesizing voiceovers, rendering videos, and serving widget content on your behalf. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload, including any people, properties, or trademarks visible in your photos.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to upload illegal content, infringe anyone’s rights, harass, deceive customers, or generate misleading marketing. Don’t attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service. Don’t share account credentials outside your team. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-generated output

The Service uses third-party AI providers to analyze photos, generate scripts, and synthesize voice. AI output can contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You’re responsible for reviewing every generated video before publishing it. We don’t guarantee that AI output will be accurate, factually correct, or free of unintended content.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party processors including Anthropic, ElevenLabs, ZapCap, OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and others. Outages, pricing, or terms changes at those providers may affect the Service. Where relevant, your use is also subject to those providers’ terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but don’t guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will remain. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance and short outages don’t entitle you to a refund.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servicevid’s total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. We can terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, we may delete your content after a reasonable grace period — export anything you want to keep before cancelling.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
